Cultivating Ministry Design, plan, and execute age-appropriate high school and middle school ministries that cultivate communities of grace and truth. Develop and implement a yearly plan of middle school and high school events including camps, mission trips and community outreach activities. Leadership Development Identify, recruit, and equip volunteer leaders who can multiply the impact of the student ministry. Train and empower student leaders to serve Crossroads and the community.
